Multiple
POP3 / SMTP and IMAP Servers
The Internet Anywhere™ Corporate Email Server allows for multiple POP3, SMTP and IMAP
servers to be run on one machine, each bound to its own IP
address. You can further bind each service to a domain hosted by
the server. This allows for greater flexibility in resource
usage and enhanced security for your company.
IMAP Support
The
Internet Anywhere™ Corporate Email Server supports the Internet Message Access Protocol. IMAP can be used to manipulate email on the mail server, by
remote clients. This allows remote users to access their email from
many different clients, located in different locations, without
the need to download the email. Public folders can be configured
for access by all your IMAP users. This is a great way to share
email and documents.
Relay Mailbox
Support
The
Relay Mailbox type
allows you to forward mail to an alternate location, whether that
be another office, or another process with no loss of envelope
information. The message is sent using SMTP Store and Forward
rather than by POP3, so the envelope information remains intact.
This mailbox type enables the support for server side SMTP ATRN and ETRN
commands.
Anti-Spam Features
and Blacklists
The
Internet
Anywhere™ Corporate Email Server provides numerous
Anti-Spam features. The server incorporates the highly
respected, powerful
SpamAssassin(tm)
Anti-Spam filtering technology. It also supports email filtering based on content, sender and
mime type. The SMTP server supports the use of
Real-time Blacklists (ORDB,
MAPS,
SpamCop, and others) to
stop spam at the source.
Denial of
Service Protection
The Internet Anywhere™ Corporate Email Server incorporates numerous denial of
service protection methods to help protect your organization
from malicious attacks.
Multiple

Internet Anywhere™ Corporate Email Server supports several advanced
mailbox types. These advanced types allow for the automatic
handling of electronic messages.

Multiple
Domain Support
The Internet Anywhere™ Corporate Email Server supports numerous domain names hosted on the
same server. "True", "Virtual" and "Alias" Domains are all
supported via routing or configuration options. "Virtual"
domains can all be set up for the same IP address, or "True"
domains can each have their own IP.
"Alias" domains route all email to another domain.
Corporate
Policy Enforcement
The Internet Anywhere™ Corporate Email Server includes the ability to scan incoming and
outgoing messages. Messages can be scanned for attachments,
addresses and specific content or a mix of all of these. Rules
can be set up to apply to some users and not others, and a
variety of actions can be automated depending on what the Mail
Server finds.
Email Pickup Options
The Internet Anywhere™ Corporate Email Server includes the ability to pickup email from other
servers using SmartPOP or SMTP Store and Forward. The SmartPOP
feature of the Internet Anywhere™ Corporate Email Server will allow you to retrieve mail
from one or more remote POP3 accounts. Retrieved mail can then
be delivered to a single mailbox, or routed to multiple local
mailboxes. If your ISP stores your email on their server until
you connect, you can use the SMTP Store and Forward features to
retrieve your email.

The Internet Anywhere™ Corporate Email Server fully supports the open Internet Standards for
the transfer of electronic mail using SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer
Protocol), POP3 (Post Office Protocol) and the IMAP (Internet
Message Access Protocol) (Corporate Edition Only).
High Performance /

intelligent mail routing engine and address caching that
drastically reduces message delivery time. Unlike many of our

destined for a single domain, to happen in one mail delivery

upgrade your licence.

SOCKS 4 compliant proxy server. Connections can be scheduled.
