Support Options

Before contacting Customer Support:

1. Please read the FAQ related to your product and the online help file that comes with your product. The latest version of the FAQ is available on the left hand menu of this web page. Most questions can be quickly and easily answered by consulting the online help or the FAQ.

2. Check the version of your product. If you do not have the latest release, please go to our download page and install the current release. Technical support will not assist you with previous releases of the products. You can check your release number in any of our products by going to the Help menu and select ...About.

3. If you are still having difficulties, contact our support staff. Be sure to specify enough information so that we can reproduce the difficulty and contact you with a solution. Please ensure the following list of details is included with your support request.

  • Product Name and Version (see Help.. About...)
  • Operating System, Version Level and Patch Number
  • Detailed, step-by-step description of the situation you are seeing
  • The exact text of any error message(s) you are seeing
  • Include any other information that may be relevant

4. If you do not receive your key, please check your junk email folder. Please also include a FAX number in any correspondence you send us.
